As a Australian Registered Training Organisation (by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA)), we deliver nationally recognised Australian government qualifications, which comply with the Australian Qualifications Framework standard. Course Fees

All pricing on this website and via our enrolment portal is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All course fees include an administration fee.

For all course fee special offers, no further fee discounts are available to students applying for credit transfer and/or recognition of prior learning.

Extension options	Charge / Fee

All enrolment extension options must be arranged within 30-days of the expected end date of your studies. If you are applying beyond 30-days of your expected end date, you will only be able to re-enrol into incomplete components of your enrolment.

Extensions may only be applied for full qualification and skill set enrolments.

Re-enrolment	Charge / Fee

If you wish to continue your studies, and greater than 30-days have elapsed since the expected end date of your studies, you will be required to re-enrol into any incomplete units of competency that make-up your course of study.

Re-enrolment option	Recommend Retail Price (RRP) of the units of competency outstanding. Please speak with your education adviser as fees will be based your study situation.
Physical Resources	Charge / Fee

The learner guides used for your studies are provided online via the learning management system (LMS) as part of your enrolment fees & charges. Physical copies of the learner guides can be purchased.

Payment Plans

Mentor Education

'Payment plans' for select courses are available directly from Mentor Education. All payment plans require an upfront payment of a percentage of the course plus regular scheduled payments. If information in relation to a payment plan is not listed with a specific course, please call 1300 306 146 during business hours and speak to an Education Adviser to find out more about payment plan options. Unless stated, payment plans are not available with Partial Scholarships or on any discounted courses.

Payment plans are not available to non-Australian residents.

Partial Scholarships

Subject to intake periods

Limited partial scholarship placements are available across many Mentor Education courses subject to intake periods. Mentor Education will list when Partial Scholarships are available on our website. Partial scholarships are are open to all applicants meeting course entry requirements. Unless stated, payment plans are not available with Partial Scholarships. Contact Mentor Education on 1300 306 146 during business hours for further information in relation to payment requirements.

Optional Additional Support Packages

Option - Online / Additional Support

For students enrolled into courses who have selected the 'Online / Additional Support' option as part of their enrolment, please note that additional tutorial/assessment support is restricted to a single booking once per month and is subject to both booking in advance and trainer availability.

Information for New Zealand candidates considering Mentor Education qualifications

Under the Education Act 1989 (Section 246A(1)(h)), the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) undertakes the recognition of overseas educational and vocational qualifications.

New Zealand Students that complete this qualification can apply to the Qualifications Recognition Services (QRS) team that assesses overseas tertiary and vocational upper-secondary qualifications to determine if they can be recognised in New Zealand and compared to a level and qualification type on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF).

The NZQA advises that in New Zealand, all qualifications need to meet the definition of a qualification on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework. A qualification recognises the achievement of a set of learning outcomes for a particular purpose through formal certification. In order to be listed as a qualification on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework, a qualification must meet the following criteria:

• the programme of learning is offered by a quality assured, accredited provider of higher or vocational education
• the programme of learning is complete, moderated, coherent, and a minimum of 40 NZQF credits (this is approximately equivalent to 10 weeks of full-time academic study, however can vary for trade and vocational qualifications).

Industry accredited courses

The Advanced Xero Package, Advanced Certificate in Xero, Certificate in Xero, Certificate in Xero Payroll, Advanced Certificate in MYOB Certificate in MYOB Essentials, Certificate in MYOB AccountRight, Certificate in MYOB Payroll and the Advanced Xero Package & Advanced Certificate in MYOB Package courses are all owned, delivered and made available to Mentor Education students under licence from Career Academy Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 612 664 561) (TCA). Please note that all above listed TCA courses are not Nationally recognised VET (Vocational Education and Training) accredited qualifications.
