The FNSSS00006 Commercial Law for Tax (Financial) Advisers Skill Set is designed to meet the education eligibility requirements for registration as a tax (financial) adviser with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB)*.
The Skill Set covers units associated with the application of legal principles in commercial law and taxation requirements when providing tax (financial) advice services. Units of competency in this Skill Set provide credit towards both the FNS50217 Diploma of Accounting and the FNS60217 Advanced Diploma of Accounting.

The FNSSS00006 Commercial Law for Tax (Financial) Advisers Skill Set is designed to meet the education eligibility requirements for registration as a tax (financial) adviser with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB)*. The Skill Set covers units associated with the application of legal principles in commercial law and taxation requirements when providing tax (financial) advice services.
