Michael is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the IPA's migration assessment and education units, focusing on the IPA's flagship academic offering, the IPA Program. A critical focus of Michael's work is to enhance IPA recognition and awareness across the finance profession and academic arena, together with managing relationships with government departments, including the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and the Department of Education and Training. Michael represents the IPA on a number of Australian Government immigration forums, and also serves on the educational and training Board of Open Colleges.

Michael joined the IPA in 2012, having relocated back to Australia after spending twelve years working overseas in senior positions in London and New York for organisations including Deloitte, the investment bank J.P. Morgan and The Washington Post's educational arm, Kaplan. Michael has focused his career on various disciplines of marketing and postgraduate educational development. Michael's academic qualifications are in Marketing, Law and Commerce, and he is a Fellow of the UK's Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Jack Chang established Fxplus Trading Academy with elite level traders and financial industry professionals from both Australia and China. Jack has over 20 years of profitable investment experience including foreign exchange, bonds, futures, options, mutual funds investment. He has served as an international exchange bank trading consultant in Citibank, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Canada Empire State Bank. He also teaches at the China Risk Management Association for directors from most influential firms in China.

Emma is the CEO of Honourplus Fund Management since June 2013 who Supports operations and administration of Board by advising and informing Board members, interfacing between Board and staff, and supporting Board's evaluation of chief executive. Emma Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders. And She is also the AU General Manager of Dingshengxin Financial Co.Ltd since July 2016. She Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices, and Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
